Four Best Clothing Lines 2017

Over the course of time; we all come across one clothing line or another. Most of them are very expensive since they are so popular. Just having their name on your garment is all it takes to classify a garment as chic or sassy.

Lot of people have also come out with their own clothing lines; most people start with having their brand on t shirts. The most common t shirts are funny meme t shirts and other t shirts.

Although clothing brands are many, those I’ve listed below are the world’s best and most sort after. Bear in mind; these guys also started low and are now gurus in the niche.

Below are four best clothing lines that get everyone reaching for their purse but are not listed in order of priority.

Giorgio Armani

Giorgio Armani clothing line was started by famous Italian designer(since 1975) — Giorgio Armani who was popularly known most for making men’s wears. Aside making men’s wear, he also makes chic ladies’ garments. His journey started when he began doing a part time job as a mere window dresser in a shop located in Milan. He was later moved to the men’s department where he learnt a lot of fashion marketing. He later moved to another company where he designed men’s wear. His skills were so much in demand that he formed a company of his own. Giorgio Armani was the first designer to ban models with a body mass index below eighteen and also the first to live broadcast his product via the internet. He has worked with companies such as Samsung and LG and is a big designer for Lady Gaga.

Gucci

Just like Giorgio Armani started in Italy, Gucci clothing line also began in Italy, Florence (1921) and was founded by Gucio Gucci. It is best known for its leather goods. Part of the company is owned by Kering; a French share holding company.  The shop was first managed by Guccio Gucci himself and later co-managed with his sons during the 19-20 century. It is also known for publicizing explicit ads. Gucci is currently managed by Marco Bizzarri.

Dolce and Gabana

Dolce & Gabbana is also an Italian fashion (luxury) brand. It was founded in Legnano in 1985 by designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce who were both Italians and met in Milan while working for a fashion company located there as designers. They later decided to build their own designing studio

Which later grew to become Dolce and Gabbana  a.k.a.  D&G. During the 1990s the revenue of D&G rose to about $500 million. By 2003, the revenue increased again by an additional $100 million.

Obey

Obey is popularly known for its clothing especially T shirts. Unlike the above; Obey didn’t start as a clothing line; it was started as a street art in 2001 by an artist; Shepard Fairey as a way of promoting his political activism work. After becoming well known; Obey became a popular tee design. He later went into designing  women’s  clothing and other men’s clothing.
